North State Capital Partners is a private real estate investment and development firm that acquires, develops, and manages real estate investments on behalf of our investment partners. We offer a variety of real estate investment opportunities to qualified investors through periodic private investment offerings. We then manage these investments on behalf of our investment partners with the goal of maximizing investment returns through income and capital appreciation. We invest in a variety of opportunities where we believe the investment has favorable prospects for above average risk-adjusted investment returns. We seek to invest across all property types, including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, self-storage, single-family residential development, and homebuilding operations. We primarily focus our investment activities in the Southeastern U.S., with a particular focus on markets in the Carolinas. Our targeted deal size is in the $2 to $20 million range. We may consider joint ventures with other real estate operators, investors, and developers on a select basis, primarily through sponsor equity co-investments and co-sponsor opportunities.
