Digital Nomads is a niche consultancy specialising in mobile and flexible working and digital innovation. We deliver training on all aspects of the digital agenda including social media and we offer a range of support services including web hosting and web design. Our background is in the public sector, where we led several national government programmes implementing mobile and flexible working and accommodation rationalisation projects. We provide independent advice and training on all aspects of mobile working including managing mobile workers, developing mobile working policies and developing related management and leadership skills. We facilitate the Public Sector Nomads membership community, enabling collaboration and experience sharing around new ways of working. We offer additional services, including a Nomad supplier directory and a range of sponsorship opportunities, accessible to key suppliers with interesting content, services and case studies. We have significant expertise in organisational and behavioural change, technology and business process improvement. We provide policy and strategic advice to government and public sector organisations including local government and the NHS. We also manage and deliver conferences and other events on subjects topical to local government and the wider public sector.
