KMG is a new artist management company with a plan to re-imagine what it means to provide artist management and participate in the cultivation of a healthier music industry. With core values that address current dialogues such as risk reduction, sexual violence, mental health, diversity & inclusion, and the environment, Kompass aims to shift the norms in music both on and off the stage. Key goals of the project are to establish resources to support the mental health of artists and artist managers, set new event standards through safety and inclusion initiatives, provide risk reduction education & training, reduce the environmental impact of touring, and to connect patrons with skill-building opportunities.
