The Women in NECA - Twin Cities (WIN-TC) Chapter was established to provide a collaborative forum for women affiliated with NECA-member companies. The mission of WIN-TC is to engage, educate, and energize women in the electrical construction industry. WIN-TC holds quarterly educational and networking events and is open to all women employed by NECA-member companies in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.
