Somalis in Tech is on a mission to increase representation within the tech industry. With the lack of diversity in the sector, we aim to redress the imbalance by providing a platform which highlights community achievement through tech-related events and provide a space for like-minded individuals to connect. We host talks, discussions and activities, aimed at motivating, empowering and building confidence within the community. We also run workshops, hackathons and provide pro-bono consultation to small organisations and SMEs for anything from website design to cloud migration. Our goal is to build that hope within the community.
