ILNS is a registered charity supporting persons with disabilities so they can make informed choices about how they want to live their lives.

 Since 1992, our organization has supported Nova Scotians with disabilities through programs and services that promote Independent Living (IL).

 ILNS is unique in Nova Scotia’s landscape, because we support all disabilities and we live the philosophy: a Board of Directors manages our organization and most of them have disabilities themselves.
