Calm Collective is normalizing mental health conversations in Asia. Through community engagement & education, we aim to give people the confidence to seek the support they need for better mental health and well-being. Calm Collective was founded in April 2020 during Singapore’s COVID-19 circuit breaker, hosting virtual events and sharing mental health tips to help their community cope with the pandemic. Today, Calm Collective continues to create mental health programmes and content for the community, and partners organisations to normalize mental health conversations at work.
