Care Weavers is a health care advocacy and navigation company serving older adults in the Charlotte community. We assist elders and their families with planning for phases of later life to foster independence, safety and health. We provide advocacy services throughout the care continuum, research options for care and living arrangements, provide teaching on medication management, and research technologies that enhance safe living and provide connections with loved ones.
