Design Requirements We are very good about feedback loops, gathering requirements, and making sure you get both what you need and what you want (they are not always the same thing). Responsive Design This means that it works awesome if you are on your laptop, desktop, tablet, cell phone.. basically anything that uses the internet. Utilization of jquery, custom css or bootstrap for mobilization makes this possible. No Flash Allowed We do not do anything in flash because we want your site to work on everything (and not everything uses flash). No CMS Allowed These days everyone wants to crank out a quick website using something like cPanel, WordPress, DotNetNuke, etc. These are great for mass producing cookie-cutter website with no character. However, they leave much to be desired when you want it to be secure, portable to another host (what if they do not use the same CMS), or flexible - these CMS systems just do not work out for you in the long run. Hand Made from the Ground Up Because we do not use cookie cutter CMS systems, we code everything by hand using the most awesome editor ever created, Sublime Text 2. Web Accessibility Web accessibility means that people with disabilities can use the Web. More specifically, this means that people with disabilities can perceive, understand, navigate, interact with and contribute to the Web. Web accessibility also benefits others, including older people with changing abilities due to aging. All of our sites are coded to web standards with all users in mind.
