LaunchPad specializes in working with children, teens, and their families. We help families achieve closer relationships, improve attachment, reduce arguments and power struggles, process difficult or traumatic experiences, and feel better. We also work closely with parents, whether providing parenting feedback or processing individual difficulties. Mindfulness based counseling helps clients of all ages get rid of anxiety, worry, sadness, grief and depression. We work with adults who feel stuck. Ancient practices like Mandala Drawing and our MARI-Assessment draw out what hinders the person in moving forward and getting unstuck.
