North Oaks Home Owners Association is a nonprofit organization home owners' association based out of 100 Village Center Drive, Suite 240, North Oaks, MN, United States. The North Oaks Home Owners' Association - As explained in the City of North Oaks, 2040 Comp Plan, the City owns no roads, land, or buildings. The 50–60 miles of roads in the City are owned by North Oaks Home Owners’ Association (NOHOA) members whose property extends to the center of the road subject to easements in favor of NOHOA. All recreational property and shoreland, wetlands, and woodland areas in the City are owned by NOHOA or by private entities. There are no public parks, public recreation areas, or public roads or other public facilities in the City. NOHOA maintains the parks and provides recreation programing.
