We have exceptional skill and experience in the meeting room, together with a high level of integrity and commitment to the strictest confidentiality at all times. Our service will give you peace of mind, saving your company time and money and free up staff, allowing them to focus on more pressing matters. Minuting Process: Uploading your audio recording, an electronic agenda or meeting pack with a set of previous minutes in a Word template is all we need to produce accurate, reliable minutes, tailored to suit your needs. A minute-taker can be made available in the Cape Town area, should you prefer one to attend the meeting (at an additional cost). At least one weeks’ notice will be needed before the meeting. A confidentiality agreement is signed before commencement of our work and all audio recordings are erased once the minutes have been approved and signed off by the Chairperson. A separate schedule of matters arising or action list from the minutes can also be prepared as an additional service. Service turnaround times: Standard minutes: Draft minutes within a maximum of 10 days or as agreed by parties. Express minutes: Draft minutes available within 24/48 hours. (This is on a first come, first serve basis.) Rates include production, editing and proof reading of all minutes.
