In EGL's eSports league, players in grades 3-12 advance to interschool championships by playing the video games they love (i.e. Super Smash Bros, Mario Kart, Madden, Fifa, etc.) in live competitions against their teammates and by learning about career pathways in STEM related to video games (i.e. Audio Engineering, Game Artistry, Cloud Engineering, etc.) on the EGL online platform. EGL has partnerships on its online learning platform with organizations such as Amazon. Because of its tie to the championships, over 70% of players complete 100% of EGL STEM curriculum. EGL sells directly to schools / youth organizations and parents.
