Youth Challenge, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non profit with a primary mission of inspiring young men to become men that are successful leaders in our society. The curriculum is based on 4 Pillars: Leadership Development, Entrepreneurship & Innovation, Financial Empowerment, and Community Engagement & Stewardship. YCI's leadership is comprised of men from all walks of life; from entrepreneurs, corporate executives to non-profit leaders who each share a passion for developing our youth. By instilling leadership and pride, they maximize the young men's talents and abilities.
