From here you can easily walk down the hill to the ancient city to see the amazing sights, and then come back for some of the best cafes, restaurants and bars in the world before resting your weary head at the Chillout Hostels. Continue walking down Istiklal Street and after 10 minutes you will come to the awe inspiring Galata tower, if you don’t get distracted by all the shops and cafes on the way, not to mention the colourful and friendly bar streets. Keep going and you will reach the iconic Golden Horn connecting you to the ancient side of the city. The Chillout Cengo is just off Istiklal Street in a quite side street away from all the hustle. 5 minutes walk from the major transport hub which is Taksim square, all the airport shuttle buses pick up and drop off at Taksim square. The cities metro, tram and buses all stop at Taksim square. We provide FREE internet and Wi-Fi throughout the buildings and we have a free computer for you to use. We also provide free towels, free luggage storage, we have washer and dryer facilities available and much much more. The hostel’s bar Lya is located on the ground floor and provides a cheap and relaxing place to unwind and start or finish your night.
