Our mission is to get people out of wheelchairs and back on their feet. The CatWalk Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) Trust is a New Zealand charity dedicated to finding a cure for spinal cord injury. We raise the vital funds for spinal cord injury repair, research and advancement. Forget the physical challenges of being wheelchair-bound, CATWALK is irrepressible. You'll find us taking on every challenge possible. We challenge physical and scientific boundaries through adventurous activity to raise awareness, fundraise and advocate for a cure. We've taken on marathons, triathlons and climbed mountains along the way. We break the rules and smash the boundaries to get people out of the chair. And we Never say Never. We also award spinal cord injury research grants to fellow boundary-challengers, and fund the work of the dedicated CATWALK Spinal Cord Injury Research Facility (SCIRF) at the University of Auckland's Centre for Brain Research.
