Via Prom is a manufacturing company of different types of ginger bread, cookies, tea biscuits and sandwich biscuits. It's located in Ohrid, Macedonia. The company was established in 2001. In the first three years we were involved in trading with sweet products and since 2003 we have started our own production. In August 2008 we implemented the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) standard. In the same year we implemented and put into use System for food safety management, based under the international norm ISO 22000.
