VOCAL (Voice of Carers Across Lothian) support carers in Edinburgh and Midlothian who provide unpaid care to a family member, partner or friend of any age who needs help to manage a long term condition, disability, physical or mental health problem or addiction. VOCAL works individually with carers to identify a plan of support which includes person-centred individual and peer support, benefit and financial advice, legal or power of attorney surgeries, short break and respite provision, counselling and access to a range of training and lifestyle management courses.
