Properties serviced by Resort Broadband include condominium properties, townhome complexes, hotels and multi-use developments. Current properties range in size from 8 to 328 units; and in construction from a single building to multi building campuses. We work with individuals, homeowner associations, property management companies, developers and corporate hotel chains to provide the right service for each property. Resort Broadband’s state of the art Network Operations Center and Fiber Optic Backbone allow us to provide Internet services to resort properties throughout the region. Our centralized Network as a Service model keeps properties up and running with minimal downtime. Resort Broadband was founded in 2001 and began serving customers in the summer of 2002. Since inception, Resort Broadband has grown to be the largest locally owned Internet service provider in northwest Colorado.
