Cafe Breizh - Las Vegas
www.cafebreizh.comStart your day or enjoy a nice afternoon at Cafe Breizh - a French experience in a Summerlin location. Easily accessible from 215 and just minutes from Downtown Summerlin, our casual dining space allows you to relax inside the cafe or on the outdoor patio. Ideal for a meal on the go or stay for a while and enjoy coffee, fresh baked bread, danishes, pastries, French-inspired sandwiches and other savory fare. Cultivated by owners Pierre GATEL and Jerome MARCHAND, who were both born and raised in Bretagne, France. This historic region and former province of northwest France is on a peninsula between the English Channel and the Bay of Biscay. Bretagne is also called Briezh by locals familiar with the unique Breton dialect - hence the cafe's namesake (pronounced: bray-z or braise). Pierre and Jerome lived in neighboring villages in Bretagne and became friends during an apprenticeship early in their culinary education. Pierre, a third-generation pastry chef, worked along patisserie's finest in many cities including Paris, New York and over a decade on the Las Vegas strip. Jerome specializes in authentic galettes from Bretagne, and gained experience working in the region. They are excited to partner together and share their passion and traditions here with our local community. We hope to see you soon! Abientot!
