Incorporated in 2005, Balaji Credits has helped more than 2000+ SME’s and 100+ start-ups in difficult times to avail the best suitable financial products. These SME’s were a set of start-up firms, an entrepreneur, a well organised companies which were not able to avail working capital in spite of most of them ready to pledge/mortgage and risk their collateral/property for their business. We have observed these SME’s very closely and with my vast experience have helped them not only to avail best financing options for working capital or business loans but to also organise their financials for future which play a very vital role in the growth of the company. While financing is my core business, it is also my passion to help SME’s grow by making them learn the importance of secured working capital limits v/s traditional loans against property (LAP) and unsecured working capital limits v/s business loans (BL). Due to lack of awareness these SME’s fall prey to the easily available LAP & BL. Since these loans are offered at lucrative rate of interest and with lesser compliances, SME’s gets stuck either by availing finance lesser than the collateral value or buy borrowing reducing working capital in form of BL while the turnover grows. We have educated more than 650 to 700 SME’s on how to, when to and from where to borrow? Also we have made them aware of the advantages of non fund based limits such as Letter of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantee (BG) and its implications along with the benefits of packing credit for exports instead of LAP and BL. Besides the SME’s we also cater to corporate companies to enrol into non traditional and non conventional borrowings such as supply chain finance, Channel finance, Purchase bills discounting and sales bills discounting. INFACT OUR GOAL IS TO ASSIST SME’S AND CORPORATE TO ENROL MORE AND MORE INTO OFF BALANCE SHEET DEBT RATHER THAN CONSTANTLY BORROWING DEBT WHILE THE BUSINESS IS INCREASING.
