HSSA's mission is to fund life and health science research and infrastructure to help create and support a nationally competitive health sciences research cluster in Spokane County, and to increase access to health care. HSSA works collaboratively with a variety of community and statewide partners to catalyze higher education research in the health sciences industry to lead to higher wage jobs, long-term sustainability and economic diversification.
