Our knowledge of the often unique character of buildings in the area enables us to blend high-quality, high-specification needs of the 21st century with the restoration and conservation of the existing fabric of buildings. Our work in Chelsea, Kensington and Notting Hill includes hand-built kitchens, bespoke bathrooms, polished concrete, wood flooring and specialist lighting and entertainment systems. A copy of the spreadsheet containing details of all labour, materials, costs and subcontractors is accessible to the client at any time. Where possible, we prefer to limit the use of subcontractors in order to retain control of timing and costs. Where necessary, we use preferred architects and structural engineers. Where appropriate, we or the architect deal with local authority planning departments within Kensington & Chelsea. Our highly-experienced craftsmen each have a minimum of fifteen years’ experience in the trade.
