Wanna Team Company is a non-profit company that was formed by 15 young entrepreneurs back in 2018. The purpose of this company is something as abstract and simple at the same time as to carry out projects that retain us as people. We turn these challenges into innovative projects where we work to add value to our society while we learn during this development process. As a method? Learning by doing. We spend our time developing projects based on personal goals and wills where learning and knowledge are the first rewards we get. We work with a team of 15 people and that leads us to live many experiences, reflections and learning, which help us to grow personally and professionally. Our main working tool is teamwork. We create synergies between multidisciplinary people to find the best solution for different problems. We believe that by bringing together in the right way people with different points of view, specialties, skills, ... we can think, understand and solve in an innovative way these problems that we discussed.
