Mezzino is a privately owned property company specialising in the management of student accommodation blocks. Established in 2010, we now manage over 3,500 beds across the UK and Ireland with sites in Coventry, Dublin, Galway, Lincoln, Leicester, Manchester, Nottingham, Sheffield, Stoke and Stockton on Tees. We are responsible for the collection of gross rents in excess of £22m and oversee a property portfolio with a combined value in excess of £280m. Mezzino has built strong relationships with universities and is regarded as a preferred supplier for quality student accommodation. We abide by the National Code of Standards for Larger Developments for student accommodation and are accredited by The Accreditation Network UK (ANUK). The Code enjoys the support of The National Union of Students (NUS), UK Government, the Association for Student Residential Accommodation (ASRA), and defines a benchmark standard for student accommodation in the sector in which we specialise. Mezzino is also regulated and fully compliant with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Following a recent injection of funding we now aim to roll-out the Mezzino brand nationwide by creating new partnerships with universities, colleges, specialist schools, landlords and developers. Over the course of the next 5 years we intend to secure the management of an additional 3,000 student beds.
