The principals of MIP have completed over $8B in multifamily transactions throughout the United States and have invested on behalf of some of the largest US and international institutional investors. MDG has completed approximately 30 development projects totaling over 10,000 residential units and is comprised of a robust group of development and property management professionals. MIP utilizes the extensive and proven strength of its principals in development, investment, and asset management in acquiring and renovating multifamily projects that present value-add opportunities and select core plus opportunities below replacement cost. MIP has a focused investment strategy that targets specific domestic markets with strong economic fundamentals and demographics. MIP currently owns multifamily assets in the following markets: Austin, TX, Dallas, TX, Minneapolis, MN, and Orlando, FL.
