Our programming supports the career advancement of women in Canada's screen media industry—film, television, digital media. From intensive certificate programs (designed in collaboration with accredited post-secondary institutions) to workshops and incubators; mentoring initiatives to must-attend networking events, we ensure that women are well-equipped to lead and thrive as professionals, leaders, and entrepreneurs. Signature professional development intensives include: Media Business Essentials (Humber College), Corus Media Management Accelerator (Chang School of Continuing Education, Ryerson University), and Media Leadership Program (Schulich School of Business, York University). Premiere events: Showcase (screening night of members' works), Reception@TIFF (an invite-only soiree celebrating women's achievements in cinema), and Crystal Awards Gala (a toast to trailblazers in Canada's screen industry).
