The Vision Community Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, is dedicated to empowering marginalized communities to live healthy and productive lives. Our vision is to impact and transform our community through outreach, awareness and prevention. We currently offer programs and services to under-served families and individuals in the Atlanta area. We facilitate the Prevention from the Pulpit Initiative, an HIV-public health capacity building training for faith leaders; Trans-Vision, a transgender leadership initiative; the Pure Heat Community Festival during Atlanta Black Gay Pride; our Lesbian Health Initiative and the iElevate Conference in conjunction with the United Progressive Pentecostal Church Fellowship. Each year we have access to thousands of sexual and gender minority individuals through our current initiatives and programs. By providing community empowerment, we have manifested faith leaders, public health practitioners, doctors, nurses, certified counselors, trainers and social workers, all of whom are committed to serving those most in need and without access to resources to care.
