The Denis Group offers third party claims administration services and bespoke SAAS for insurance claims in the United Kingdom and Europe. iDenis is our cloud claims administration system and we have launched a sister system called Debi for cloud based employee benefits. We specialise in electronic claims submission and automated rules based claims assessment. We find that these methods suit insurance products with high claim volumes but low claim values. Such claims need to be rapidly assessed and rules based automation can result in over 80% of claims being finalised without the need of a human assessor. The Group is currently active in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Norway, Denmark and Estonia. Our cloud-based systems allow for rapid set up and deployment and our multiple-language capability allows for member and provider communications in most languages.
