The British Nigeria Law Forum: Business Law Network (BNLF BLN) is aimed at supporting lawyers and businesses with an interest in Nigeria and the UK, and solidifying links between the legal profession and business community in the UK with their counterparts in Nigeria. This is facilitated through the hosting of seminars, webinars, networking events and activities in the UK and in Nigeria. The BNLF BLN also works closely with the UK Department of International Trade, the Ministry of Justice, the Law Society of England and Wales, and the Nigerian Bar Association to develop plans to take forward the UK’s initiative to build a closer relationship between the UK and Nigerian legal communities and improve trade relations between both countries. The key objective of the BNLF BLN is to continue to be a forum where UK qualified lawyers and UK business can liaise with businesses and lawyers qualified in Nigeria to exchange ideas, to promote legal ideals, as well as become a hub for the cross referral of business.
