EChO – Eradicate Childhood Obesity Foundation, Inc seeks to educate parents and children about the detrimental effects of added sugars, and the role excess sugar consumption plays in the development of childhood obesity. Childhood obesity is a preventable health issue, especially with proper dietary intervention. EChO is a 501(c)(3) public charity dedicated to ending childhood obesity.
