I provide Mediation, Arbitration and other Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services throughout the Bay Area and Northern California. I have ample hands-on experience in the field of conflict resolution using patience, persistence and creative solutions to resolve difficult and complex issues. This experience is reflected in the more than 450 mediations, excluding pro bono, that I have conducted since 2001. Currently, my practice is 100% ADR. As a Mediator, I have a propensity to go right to the heart of complex and technical issues being disputed. With an MBA, JD, and over thirty years of business and legal experience, I am able to understand and communicate both the business and legal aspects of the problem in language that each party can understand. I accomplish this by: * Actively identifying and clarifying all issues between the parties. * Helping all sides articulate their issues and needs. * Providing a neutral evaluation of each party’s position. * Bringing familiarity with a wide range of technical concepts of various industries to help both parties bridge the gaps between their respective positions. * Working hard to help both parties arrive at a solution to their differences.
