Qualis NDT was founded by Jeff Garner as an alternative to the huge publicly-owned corporations that have taken over the industry. He wanted to create a small, nimble company specializing in advanced Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) and Level III consulting services with the main focus being quality as well as personal and attentive service to our clients. Hence the name, Qualis, which is Latin for quality.
