Active Community Solutions was founded in 2019 with the mission of helping people in the community with their physical and mental well-being. In simple terms we meet the need of a local area, target group or individuals through a range of community projects. Our aim is to help improve peoples lives in the long and short term, through engaging them in activities in their local community.
