All of us at B² have been management consultants, some with the big four firms and large tech companies and others from boutique strategy houses. Importantly everyone at B² has been on the other side of the table and as a result what we really want to do is help you deliver an Inside Job! We established B² because we were unhappy with some of the consulting world and we all made a conscious decision to break the mould. B² is a flying squad that was established to help organisations with their challenges. We do this with short bursts of activity, impressive tools and bucket loads of experience on how to be successful and yes, how to fail quickly. We want to work for you and we know having done this for years that we won’t be holding your hand when you are two years into a major transformation programme. Ultimately, it’s on you and your organisation to deliver – we want to be honest about that. This won’t suit everyone, and we’re ok with that because it is important that your organisation connects with our thinking.
