The research areas range from the design and development of new drugs, innovative diagnostics and therapeutics approaches as well as functional products to chemical risk assessment. In parallel to basic research, the DeptPharmUnina participates in applied research studies together with companies operating in the domains of drugs, food, cosmetics, health, and the environment to develop and disseminate solutions to complex issues.
