Empower a Girl. Change the World. This is the Lady Trailblazer Inc. mission. We are a small nonprofit organization founded in 2018 to provide leadership persistence training specific to the needs of girls aged 12 to 17. Through our situation-based problem-solving workshops, girls engage in self-discovery, tackle the challenges of growing up and develop the skills and efficiency they need to thrive both inside and outside the classroom. They leave the program as Lady Trailblazer ambassadors, armed with self-confidence, self-worth, and leadership tools (e.g., problem-solving, conflict management, use of constructive voice and decision-making) that can be used in all facets of life. Each session, we award one selected participant with a Higher Education Scholarship. Our commitment to creating the next generation of female leaders extends to periodic 360-degree assessments by parents, students, and school administration. This provides us and our community with consistent data to shape and improve the lives of girls for a better tomorrow.
