"A school is as good as its principal". Our belief in this statement motivated us to form ICSL as a not-for-profit company with a focused agenda of empowering school leaders of the future to create schools of the future. Delivering student achievement is the core purpose of every successful school. Several societal and evolutionary factors have completely changed the perspectives that defined 'student achievement'. These changes have magnified the existing pressures on Principals to deliver quality education. ICSL aims at providing existing and aspiring Principals with the right knowledge, skills, and support to tackle these challenges. ICSL is the first organisation in India that has developed a comprehensive "School Leaders Certificate Course" spanning 7 domains of school leadership. To support school leaders, ICSL will publish books and journals on school leadership, conduct workshops on specific issues, organise edutours in India and abroad, organise conferences on school leadership. ICSL is a membership based organisation. It offers School membership, and Individual membership. We encourage all schools, school leaders, and educators who aspire to be school leaders to join ICSL and take full advantage of various learning opportunities.
