The Ambassadors of Compassion Leadership Program is a journey that Trains, Measures, and Honors® youth age 14 and older to incorporate and live out personal leadership principles. A 60-minute Kickoff Event engages youth to hear celebrities, athletes, and business leaders share their personal experience and wisdom of overcoming life's inevitable challenges. Youth are invited by their school or nonprofit agency to engage with a trained team coach (mentor) and a group of about 10 peers for 12 sessions to incorporate the L.I.F.E.principles: (L) LABOR, (I) INFLUENCE, (F) FORGIVENESS, and (E) EXPERIENCES into their own life. Every youth participates in a group and personal labor service project designed to make a difference in their community. Youth completing the AOC journey are recognized at an Honor Event.
