WWYP is a non-profit idea being developed with the mission to bring free & accessible yoga and meditation to Veterans, 1st Responders and their families across Massachusetts. We believe that practice like yoga and mediation will help equip our Warriors with the skillset and tools to fight the battle within that many of our Veterans and 1st Responders face due to the high level of combat and/or operational stress associated with these roles. The founder of WWYP, Lauren Turner, is a current participant in EforAll Greater Worcester Business Accelerator program. We are looking to connect with yoga teachers across the state interested in this work, Veteran service providers, venues that are willing to share their space for public benefit classes, donors and supporters.
