Healthy Prepared Meal Plans Wellness Meal Plan Our Wellness Meal Plan is based on a combination of a Whole Food, Mediterranean, and Anti-Inflammatory Diet which includes lean meats and seafood such as organic chicken, turkey, and wild-caught seafood. We’ve eliminated processed meats, red meat, pork, and farmed seafood. Plant-Based Meal Plan The Plant-Based Meal Plan allows plant-based proteins and vegetables to be the star of the plate. Organic Chef To Go makes house-made plant-based proteins such as black bean meatballs, lentil fritters, quinoa and vegetable cakes, and more. We never use processed plant-based substitutes such as fake meat. Healthy, Clean Ingredients All of our meals include an abundance of fresh produce, beans, lentils, whole grains, nuts, seeds, quinoa, pasture eggs, low glycemic carbohydrates, antioxidant-rich ingredients, superfoods, and housemade plant-based milk.
