New project called "Trackr" is an Active Tracking System for managers to monitor their employees in venues, to find them any rooms immediately and to analyze their performances in real-time. The project is an innermost assistant preventing inefficient work environment, overtime costs, production latency and security with ATS and RTA. Managers can track and monitor employees during work time and can keep them alert at the same time via mobile application. Managers can intervene the problems immediately since the system provides great amount of data and reports for decision making, as well. The system utilizes Beacon Technology for indoor locations where GPS does not work. Monty Labs also develops custom B2B software projects based on IoT solutions.
