Clare College is one of thirty one colleges within the University of Cambridge. It is the second oldest of the colleges, being founded in 1326, and one of the most popular for undergraduate applications. Ideally situated in the centre of the city, the grounds are on both sides of the river Cam, joined by the oldest surviving bridge in Cambridge.
