At the beating heart of 32West are two men who are passionate about helping businesses deliver excellence and change through great PR , content and marketing. Our directors, James Higgins and Frank Stretton have more than 45 years of experience in the media industry and have won many awards along the way. They left the industry in early 2018 and after 32West was established by James, Frank soon joined as a partner and director. Both have an in-depth understanding of the media landscape and know how to build brand awareness through positive PR and content marketing campaigns. Through their far-reaching network of contacts, James and Frank are able to project information and messages about clients, ensuring they reach their target audience. The majority of services offered by 32West are delivered directly by the directors. In areas where others have greater expertise - mainly photography and videography - they draw upon some of the greatest talent in the industry to deliver for their clients. The name 32West is inspired by the geographical co-ordinates of south Cumbria where the business has its headquarters. The motto, Your Business, Our Passion, embodies everything that 32West - and its directors - represent; loyalty, creativity, originality, professionalism and an unerring determination to deliver.
