We identify local restaurants and/or retail brands with high potential for scale, international brands that can be licensed and developed locally and new brands that we create. We achieve this through “The BRRAL Play Book” our in-house developed, locally contextualised - Acquire-Restructure/Rebrand-Optimize Model. This allows us to unlock business growth-potential from acquired Brands and further enhance their value proposition to customers, employees and ultimately investors.
