The Fix It Lass

After years of work in the corporate world I was let go, and not sure what to do next. One visit with life coach Mary Lyn Miller (Fired up For Success) and, based my interests, hobbies and passions, she had an amazing suggestion. She asked how I felt about the idea that I start my own handywoman business. It made perfect sense, everything that got me fired up involved DIY, home improvement and repairs, or gardening, the perfect start for offerings to clients. Specializing in small projects and ‘honey do’ lists, I love to help people find their way around a tool box, be an extra set of hands putting up shelves, or assemble furniture for them. I really enjoy helping customers with their gardening needs, from the basic flower pots to completely starting anew outdoors. Getting my hands dirty and working outside are some of my favorite jobs, but you can be assured when I work inside your home I will leave it clean. I pride myself on treating my customers with respect and being honest with them. I'm not afraid to say ‘I’m not sure how to do that but I’ll find out,’. I will do my best to help find another person if a job is beyond my skill level. For example, if you need design help, I am not really your lass, but I know some people who are! After so many years of staring at the clock, and counting the minutes until I could leave, now my days fly by so fast! I am so proud to run my own business. Safe, clean, and reliable, Cass The Fix It Lass is your neighborhood handywoman.
