The mission of our community is to feature distinguished women leaders from our Houston, Dallas and other sister cities by acknowledging their contributions in the professional & philanthropic forefronts. We work exclusively to recognize and honor excellent women role models in our community. The sole purpose is to inform, inspire and connect successful professional women! There is no other organization Houston and Dallas that continually assembles such an extraordinary network of women to exchange ideas, to learn, to inspire, and to build better leadership for a changing world. In addition to spotlighting professionals, we support the youth members in achieving their goals and advancing their careers by celebrating each other’s accomplishments, connecting them with mentors and acknowledging the ideas and contributions all generations. Most notably, each year we select a “Women of Prestige “which is awarded to individuals who have made outstanding contributions in the community corporate, government & academic sectors. Our "Lifetime Inclusion Advocate" award recognizes women that have made it their life's mission to embed diversity, inclusion and equity into communities with measurable advancements due to their contributions. Our last recognition is awarded to socially responsible businesses that are profitable and provide support to the local community.
