Serving both North Carolina and South Carolina since 2008, Sodoma Law is headquartered just minutes away from the Mecklenburg County Courthouse in The Graham located Uptown Charlotte. In 2015 we opened the doors to Sodoma Law Union, located in Monroe, North Carolina, and in 2017 we opened the doors to the firms first South Carolina based office, Sodoma Law York. We also feature a satellite office for client convenience in Ballantyne. When the firm first opened its doors, the practice focused primarily on family law, to include issues related to separation, divorce, custody and even the unique practice of assisted reproductive technology. Over the years, the practice has grown to encompass more areas of the law so as to provide our clients with more full-service counsel. While maintaining a boutique and experienced family law practice, our attorneys also practice in the areas of estate planning, trusts, estate administration, collaborative law and mediation.
