We offer clinical evaluations and services for children ages birth through 21.We believe that children can more fully realize their potential through the determination of their unique pattern of strengths and weaknesses. Through diagnostic evaluation, personalized recommendations and intervention, we strive as child psychologists to help children achieve success in their everyday lives. Our assessments are integrated into a personalized profile of strengths and weaknesses as well as specific interventions for your child. We feel that it is critical to integrate all aspects of a child’s functioning in order to plan the most appropriate educational and behavioral interventions to ensure success. Your doctor will conference with you before the assessment in order to determine the best evaluation for your needs. We will also be happy to consult via phone regarding your situation and suggest the most appropriate assessment, tailored to fit your child. We are available to attend your school-related conferences such as IEP or Student Support Team/RtI/Tier meetings. When selecting psychological testing services for your child, be sure to ask if all testing will be completed by a licensed, doctoral-level psychologist. Our doctors personally complete all assessments at CPEA; we do not utilize psychometrists or psychological testing technicians. This allows us to provide more personal service to you and your child, and assures you that a clinician with extensive experience handles all parts of the evaluation.
