In December of 2013 ALBA was acquired by John M. Dineen, an executive with a 20-year track record of success in business. In November 2018 ALBA merged operations with ROI Rich Oles Industries. As a result of the merger Rich Oles (a 35 year plastics industry veteran) became equity partner, President and CEO. Together Mr. Oles and Mr. Dineen have dedicated themselves to building on the solid foundation already in place to make ALBA of even greater value to its customers.
